- Adult fares apply to those aged 12 and over.
- Child fares apply to children enrolled in elementary school.
- Children aged 1 and older who are not yet in elementary school can travel free with one adult. However, if using a cabin other than a standard Japanese room, a child fare is required.
- If using a cabin other than standard Japanese or Western rooms with fewer people than the capacity, a charter fee may be required depending on the cabin. For details, please contact us.
- Karaoke rooms are available on all ships.

- The standard Japanese room fare for one driver per vehicle is free.
- If the driver uses a cabin other than a standard Japanese room, the difference from the standard Japanese room fare will be charged.
- If the vehicle width or part of the cargo exceeds 2.5M, a surcharge will apply.
- Special vehicles (such as caterpillars, road rollers, heavy machinery) will incur additional charges.
- If the vehicle length exceeds the length specified on the vehicle registration due to loading or towing, the actual measured total length transport fee will apply.
We also accept unmanned transport of passenger vehicles. The loading and unloading fees are as follows:

- Light vehicles for children or patients and strollers are treated as bicycles.
- Pet rooms are available on all ships.
- One cage is required for each dog or cat, and one cage is needed for other pets (hamsters, birds, etc.).
- Deluxe Western-style rooms for two with pet rooms are only available on “Setsu” and “Yamato.” For use, the fare for the deluxe Western-style room plus the pet usage fee will be charged. Up to four pets can be accommodated in one room.
*For the fifth pet and beyond, a reservation for a pet room (pet cage) is required.

- Cancellation of reservations (including cancellations on the day of boarding) will incur a fee.
Changes to credit card payments for reservations made after purchasing boarding tickets are free for the first time only.
However, this is only valid within the validity period (7 days including the day of boarding). Subsequent changes will be treated as new reservations after cancellation, and a fee will apply.
