Procedure Flow
(Customers with our e-boarding pass do not need to complete boarding procedures)
STEP 1 Fill out the boarding application form
(Not required for those who made reservations online with us)
- Fill out the necessary information on the boarding application form available at the boarding area.
- Preparing the boarding application form in advance will make the boarding process at the ticket counter smoother.
Please download and print the application form, fill it out, and submit it at the ticket counter.

STEP 2 Submit the application form at the counter.
- Please bring the completed application form to the check-in counter.
- If you are driving, you will need your vehicle registration certificate.
However, customers who are ‘F-Net members’ and have registered their vehicle certificate do not need it.
For those who made reservations online
- Please bring the reservation number received via email (or printed out) to the counter.

STEP 3 Payment and Ticket Collection
- Please make your payment in cash or by card.
- After payment, the staff will hand you your tickets.
For those who made reservations online and paid by card
- You will need to print out the reservation confirmation email or display it on your mobile screen.

STEP 4 Boarding (for customers without a vehicle)
- Please hand your ticket to the staff at the boarding gate.
- The ferry interior is beyond the aisle.
Please arrive at the boarding gate at least 15 minutes before departure. If you arrive late, you may not be able to board.
STEP 4 Boarding (for customers boarding with a vehicle)
- Please get in your vehicle and wait until it’s time to board.
- Hand your ticket to the staff at the boarding gate and follow their instructions.
